Today Is Gonna Be The Day That They're Gonna Throw It Back To You

thanks Mr Gallagher.

was my first day back at hebrew class today - i had forgotten how nervous i get when i have to speak out loud and do *duh duh duh* ROLE PLAY in hebrew. ——— we had to get up in front of the class and do a ‘hi’ ‘hello come in, how are you?’ ‘fine thanks you?’ ‘great, would you like something to eat or drink?’ ‘yes some cake maybe with some juice’ type thing with a partner…..i was maybe 5th or 6th to do it and the others were boring *see above* so i thought i would do a funny one like this ‘knock knock’ ‘who’s there?’ ‘deborah’ ‘wait a minute’ *open classroom door* ‘hi deborah im sorry but i haven’t got any time to speak with you now’ *close classroom door*. do you know how many people laughed? none. zilch. zero. silence. awkward silence (this is my first day in a class that started 2 months ago). wow. awkward. *deborah none pleased*.

unreasonable/strange flatmate back from her week away - she went home for her Uncle’s funeral so i feel reaaaaaally bad in saying this but why does she have to come home and play music really really loudly so i can hear it on the other side of the flat and just generally have this sinking demeanor? talk about ruining my day. as i got off my bicycle downstairs i looked up to her room and my body sagged when i saw her lights on. not good. on the bright side i am seeing a new place tomorrow - the lease is only for 2 months but i need to get out of here asap.

paid landlord my last installment of rent today.

on leaving my cousin’s flat (after our simple but tasty fried eggs on toast dinner) realized my bike chain had come off. again. lo and befriggin hold i managed to put it back on! all by myself. proud ahem.
